Bilbao, a key event for Additive Manufacturing in Spain

From June 3 to 7, a new edition of BIEMH, the International Machine Tool Fair, was held in Bilbao. The event was also attended by a large group of companies, dedicated to Additive Manufacturing under the Addit3D umbrella.

At ArcelorMittal Powders we were present with our own stand at the fair. During the five-days event, our sales team was accompanied by Global R&D researchers to answer all our clients' questions about the possibilities offered by Steel Additive Manufacturing across all types of industry.

In addition, our colleague Paula Rodríguez participated as a speaker in the Additive Talks, highlighting the transformation of the processes that Steel Additive Manufacturing allows in heavy industry. This new technology allows the creation of complex and high-quality parts. Paula presented several printed parts that are already used in ArcelorMittal plants around the world, improving not only the performance and durability of the originals, but also reducing manufacturing time.
